# Risks

Risks are the entries in your risk register, each scored for likelihood and
impact and tracked through to mitigation. Use this endpoint to retrieve your
register with the affected asset and its classification, inherent and
residual scores, owner, and mitigation plan and status. Filter by mitigation
status, mitigation plan, or owner to report on open exposure or on the risks
a particular team is carrying.
